This Research Scale Decontamination Loop was design for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories for the Research of Decontamination Processes and Fluids.  The system supplies the test fluid to two primary locations:

1. Supplied at high velocities to the test section under either oxidizing or reducing conditions in a single phase
2. Passed through Ion Exchange (IX) columns based on half-life experiments to purify the test fluid

The Qualification Scale Decontamination Loop is designed for the qualification of Decontamination Processes.  It provides chemically treated water at high velocities to the test section under either oxidizing or reducing conditions in a single phase.  This system was designed for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories in Chalk River, Ontario.
